This was the best decision! My family is fairly new to the area so we are in the mist of finding local healthcare which can be extremely stressful and daunting. However, from the time we walked in the building the staff was amazingly helpful. They are not just going through the hum drum of their day seeing patients and on to the next. Every staff member we encountered took their time explained what they were doing and why they were doing so even to my 10 year old who gets really anxious. It is important especially to kids that they know what you are doing to them and why. I wish I knew everyone’s name that we encountered (I will in due time:)). Dr. Nguyen was very attentive and knowledgeable. He looked at our x-rays and other initial assessments and explained every detail as well as answered ALL our questions. Liz explained all of our insurance benefits instead of giving us a whopping total with surprising fees. She left no stone unturned which is important in this economy. We encountered more staff and I can’t remember all of their names but what I will say is- if all healthcare professionals operated like the staff in this office, it would be a better world. Thank you all!
